Depending on the condition of the watch after analysis, Rolex reserves the right to refuse a complete overhaul and to provide an estimate for a Restoration offer.

The Rolex Service Procedure is designed to ensure that every timepiece leaving a Rolex workshop complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications. Each movement is completely overhauled and each case and bracelet is meticulously refinished to restore its lustre. Timekeeping accuracy and waterproofness are rigorously tested to guarantee the level of quality and reliability you naturally expect from a Rolex watch.
Your watch’s commercial reference can be found on the documents provided at the time of purchase, such as the guarantee card (illustrated below) or the sales invoice. If you do not have any documents that enable you to identify your watch, please contact a Rolex Authorized Service Centre.

Each Rolex watch has a commercial reference number corresponding to its model and production period. This number is engraved on the watch case (between or beneath the lugs). It can also be found on the documents provided at the time of purchase, such as the sales invoice and guarantee card.
